Service Plan
To protect your investment and maximize training time on your simulator, the dV-Trainer is shipped with a one-year limited warranty and first year service plan coverage. This plan includes:
- Spare parts for installation by customer
- In-Factory repair service
- Limited On-Site repair service
Customers with current service plans will also receive software updates. This extends the value of the plan beyond hardware repair and includes:
- New exercise additions to current skills modules
- Bug fixes and patches
- Version updates of dV-Trainer base software
- Version updates to optional software modules (if applicable)
To ensure that your software is always up-to-date and prevent simulator downtime and delays after the initial warranty expires, we encourage you to take advantage of our service plan in subsequent years.
